Klarna - FAQ

We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers Klarna payment services to help spread the cost of a new mattress from us. You can select this option on the final page of the checkout below the credit card details section. Just click on the Klarna section and it will take you to Klarna's platform and take a few details. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

 

What does Klarna offer?

Klarna offers two options to pay. You can either split the cost of the mattress into 3 equal instalments, or you can elect to pay in 30 days time after your order is delivered.

 

How do I sign up?

When you have added your products to your cart and you go to checkout, on the final page of the checkout where it asks for credit card details, there will be an option below to checkout with Klarna. Follow that link and it will take you to Klarna's site to fill out the required information and give you an instant decision. Once this is done, you will be taken back to the Diamond Sleep order confirmation page.

 

How much does it cost?

We are pleased to say that it doesn't cost the customer anything extra at all. Both the pay in 30 days and 3 equal instalments are offered interest free to our customers.

 

Interest free credit, what's the catch?

There is no catch. Instead of charging the customer for the credit, Klarna charge us.

 

What if I need help?

If you need help filling out the information for Klarna, it's very easy to phone them and ask for help on 0203 005 0834. If you have any questions or queries after your payments have started, you will be provided contact info in your Klarna confirmation email.

 

Can I repay early?

Yes, you can. There is no charge or penalty for this and this can be arranged directly with Klarna once you get in touch with them or use their easy to use app.
